OUR FOUNDATION

A Belief Shaped by Experience, Not Just Theory.

Peace Sports Foundation was not built in a boardroom. It was built in training halls, on competition floors, and through years of watching talent go unsupported.

WHAT DRIVES US

A Clear Purpose. A Long-Term Commitment.

Our Mission

To build a clear pathway that helps Indian sports professionals grow from grassroots to global competition through structured development, ethical governance, and long-term institutional support.

Our Vision

An India that leads where sporting talent is identified early, developed systematically, and given every opportunity to compete and succeed on the world stage.

OUR VALUES

The Principles Behind Every Decision We Make.

Our values are not statements on a wall. They are the standards we hold ourselves to in every programme we design, every athlete we support, and every partnership we enter.

Process-led work, consistent accountability, and the belief that excellence is built through repetition  not inspiration alone.

Sport as a unifying force. We believe competition builds character, respect, and bridges across communities, backgrounds, and borders.

High standards in performance, programme delivery, governance, and outcomes. We do not lower the bar we build people up to it.

Ethical conduct in every engagement. Transparent with our partners, honest with our athletes, accountable to the communities we serve.

Structured delivery, professional benchmarks, and continuous improvement reflected in our ISO 9001:2015 certification.

Structured access and development for athletes across gender, ability, geography, and socio-economic background. Women’s sport and para-sport are core commitments.

Strengthening India’s presence on the global sporting stage  responsibly, sustainably, and with the dignity that represents the nation well.

Sustainable growth over short-term visibility. Success measured in careers built, pathways created, and systems that outlast any individual.

" The issue was never individual ability. It was the absence of a continuous, reliable support system financial, institutional, and developmental. "

— Vinay Kumar Singh, Founder & Director, Peace Sports Foundation

HOW WE BEGAN

The Gap Was Always There. We Built the Bridge.

Born from over a decade within India’s sports ecosystem and the Peace Taekwondo Academy, Peace Sports Foundation was established by Vinay Kumar Singh to bridge critical gaps in athlete development. Having witnessed talented athletes struggle without adequate funding, mentorship, or structure, the Foundation focuses on building early-support systems and sustainable pathways that guide athletes throughout and beyond their competitive careers.

WHERE WE STAND

Not Another Sports Foundation. A Different Kind Entirely.

The Indian sports ecosystem has three kinds of organisations: training academies focused on competition outcomes, access-based non-profits increasing participation, and elite sponsorship initiatives supporting established athletes. Peace Sports Foundation bridges all of them by focusing on what each leaves behind.

We intervene before the podium at the stage where talent exists but systems, funding, and structured support are missing. Most foundations arrive after success. We arrive before it.

We support athletes, coaches, referees, managers, sports scientists, and media professionals. Sustainable success comes from systems, not individuals alone.

Our support does not end when a competitive career does. PSF actively enables transition into coaching, athlete management, sports operations, and leadership.

Section 8 Company. ISO 9001:2015 certified. 80G and CSR-1 registered. Institution-ready and partner-ready from inception  not as an afterthought.

Rural outreach, women’s sports, and para-sport pathways are built into our programmes as core delivery mechanisms not peripheral initiatives or seasonal campaigns.

THE PEOPLE BEHIND THE WORK

Led by Experience. Guided by Purpose.

Vinay Kumar Singh has spent over a decade working within India’s sports ecosystem from grassroots training environments to national-level competition management. As the founder of Peace Taekwondo Academy, he worked directly with athletes navigating the structural gaps of Indian sport limited funding, inconsistent mentorship, and weak pathways beyond competition. That experience became the foundation of PSF. Not a vision built on theory, but a system built on observation, field knowledge, and an unwavering belief that Indian sport deserves better infrastructure at every level.
