Who We Are, in Plain Language.
Peace Sports Foundation is a Section 8 Not-for-Profit organisation established in December 2025 and headquartered in Gurugram, Haryana. The Foundation builds structured development pathways for India’s sporting professionals, athletes, coaches, referees, officials, sports administrators, and media professionals from grassroots identification through competitive performance and into long-term careers within the sporting ecosystem. Founded by Vinay Kumar Singh, a sports development practitioner with over a decade of field experience through Peace Taekwondo Academy, PSF addresses the structural gaps that prevent committed sporting individuals from reaching their potential. PSF operates four structured programmes: PSF Aarambh for grassroots talent discovery, PSF Nirmaan for athlete development, PSF Margdarshan for coach and mentor development, and PSF Pathways for career and ecosystem transition.

LEADERSHIP
Vinay Kumar Singh : Founder & Director
Vinay Kumar Singh is the Founder and Director of Peace Sports Foundation, a Section 8 Not-for-Profit organisation building structured development pathways for India’s sporting professionals. With over a decade of field experience in Indian sports development, Singh founded and operates Peace Taekwondo Academy, through which he has worked directly with athletes across grassroots and competitive levels many of whom have gone on to represent India in Taekwondo at national and international competitions. His work within the system gave him first-hand insight into the persistent structural gaps that prevent capable and committed athletes from reaching their potential inconsistent funding, limited mentorship, absence of pathways beyond competition, and unequal access across gender, geography, and ability. Peace Sports Foundation is the institutional response to those observations built not as a theoretical construct but as the formalisation of lived experience.
