PSF’s development system has been in operation for over a decade in practice formalised as an institution in December 2025. The athletes and coaches who have been part of this ecosystem reflect what structured, accountable development produces: not overnight results, but compounding progress.
Before joining PSF, I was training on my own with no real direction. I had the commitment but not the structure around me to convert it into results. PSF Nirmaan gave me a proper development plan, consistent coaching, and for the first time, a clear picture of what my sporting career could look like. The programme does not just train you for the next competition. It prepares you for the long term. That shift in perspective has changed everything about how I approach my sport.
I come from a small town where structured sporting support simply did not exist. PSF found me, assessed me, and gave me a pathway I did not know was possible. For the first time in my athletic journey, I feel like I am part of a system that is genuinely invested in where I end up, not just how I perform this season.
I entered PSF through the Aarambh programme at a time when I had ability but no formal training background. What struck me immediately was how seriously PSF took the identification process. It was not casual. It was structured, respectful, and thorough. Since moving into Nirmaan, I have had access to coaching and competitive exposure that I simply could not have accessed on my own. My development over the past year has been more significant than in the three years before it combined.
When my competitive career wound down, I did not know what came next. PSF Pathways gave me a structured answer to that question. I am now working toward a coaching certification and contributing to the ecosystem I spent years competing in. The transition has been smoother and more purposeful than I expected, and that is entirely because of the support PSF provided.
What I value most about PSF is that they treat athletes as professionals from day one. The coaching is structured, the expectations are clear, and the support does not disappear between competitions. There is a continuity to the development process that I had not experienced before. I have competed at a higher level this year than at any point in my career, and the consistency of the PSF programme is a significant reason for that.
