7.2 Licence to Use Submitted Content By submitting User Content to the Foundation, You grant Peace Sports Foundation a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, store, process, and where applicable reproduce that content for the purposes of operating the Foundation’s programmes, communicating with You, and fulfilling the Foundation’s institutional objectives.

This licence does not extend to the use of Your personal data beyond what is described in our Privacy Policy.

7.3 Story Submissions Where You submit an athlete story, testimonial, or other narrative content to the Foundation through the Website or otherwise, You represent that You have obtained the consent of all individuals mentioned or depicted in the submission. The Foundation reserves the right to edit, adapt, or decline to publish any submission at its sole discretion. Publication of a submitted story does not constitute endorsement of any factual claims contained therein.

8. Donations

8.1 Processing Donations made through the Website are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. By making a donation, You agree to the terms and conditions of the relevant payment processor in addition to these Terms.

8.2 80G Tax Receipts Peace Sports Foundation holds 80G certification under the Income Tax Act. Official 80G tax receipts will be issued to eligible donors within a reasonable period following the successful processing of a donation. Receipts will be sent to the email address provided at the time of donation.

8.3 Refund Policy Donations made to Peace Sports Foundation are generally non-refundable. In cases of accidental duplicate transactions or demonstrable technical processing errors, the Foundation will consider refund requests at its discretion. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@peacesports.foundation within 7 days of the transaction date, along with the transaction reference number.

8.4 Fund Utilisation All donations received by the Foundation are utilised in accordance with our stated charitable objectives and in compliance with applicable Indian law. Details of fund utilisation are available in our Donor Policy, which is accessible on the Website.

9. Programme Applications

9.1 Application Process Applications submitted through the Website for any Foundation programme are subject to review by the Foundation’s programme team. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into any programme.

9.2 Eligibility Eligibility criteria for each programme are described on the Our Programmes page of the Website. The Foundation reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion and to decline any application without being required to provide a reason.

9.3 Accuracy of Information You are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted in an application is accurate and complete. Submission of false or misleading information may result in immediate disqualification from any programme and cancellation of any existing enrolment without refund of any fees paid.

The Website may contain links to external websites, social media platforms, sporting federation portals, government portals, and partner organisations. These links are provided for informational purposes only.

Peace Sports Foundation does not control, endorse, or accept responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or services of any third-party website.
